Kamayan


Kamayan is a Tagalog word that means "eating with your hands,” guests are encouraged but not required to enjoy their meals without the use of utensils.

The centerpiece of our Kamayan experience is our large banana leaves that are laid out on the table, serving as a communal plate. Various Filipino dishes such as grilled meats, seafood, vegetables, and rice are then arranged on top of the banana leaf.

Guests are then invited to dig in and enjoy their meal using only their hands. This traditional way of eating is believed to enhance the flavor of the food and promote a sense of community and togetherness among diners.

We only prepare your food when ordered. A minimum of 30 – 45 minutes. Thank you for your patience!

Kamayan to-go comes with banana leaves and condiments.

*NOTICE

$25.00 seating charge per person to be added for adding extra seat in excess of 4, 6, or 8, unless extra food, beverage &/or desserts are ordered equivalent to the price. For example, if 5 people will order the Salo-salo Package, $25.00 seating charge will be added for the 5th person if no extra food is ordered. No substitution allowed. If you insist, additional charges may incur. Some menu items may change without notice. Please advise your server for any food allergies prior to service. Additional 18% gratuity will be added to groups 6 or more.
